All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

Delivery/Shipping

Delivery will take place as soon as possible. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays. You will not be charged for the delivery of the goods you purchase on our site. You are requried to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Bedding and Pillows! Should your item(s) arrive damaged, we offer exchange within the first 7 of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at cs@beddingandpillows.com and send your item to: 15 Cypress Branch Way, Ste 201, Palm Coast, FL 32164.

Eligibility for Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at cs@beddingandpillows.com.

Shipping

Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the following Address: 15 Cypress Branch Way, Ste 201, Palm Coast, FL 34164.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
